There have been many a times since I have regretted watching a movie on the first day,but never this much.
Rocket singh is a terribly slow movie,it has its moments when you ld expect the movie to take a turn towards good, but alas never does that happen.
Ranbir happens to be a 2nd class commerce graduate who is looking for a salesman job.
Even after screwing an interview he gets a job(one of those scenes when the MD walks into the room and spots the right person by face).Ranbir(What was his name BTW,anyways..) is an extremely honest guy and ldn't bribe a General Manager to sell the product.
As a result he is seen as a third class salesman and is foridden to go anywhere for sales from that day and is treated shabbily by one and all(people throw paper rockets at him and all and thus the name of the movie :D).
During this idle time he realises that there is a huge margin for profits in this computer fitting job and using his newly found wisdom he strikes a deal with a customer.
He now gets an idea of starting a full time company using the resources of his mother company though he promises he ld return them once he gets established in his new company.
His honesty and better service soon bear fruit and his company strikes a lot of deals with big guns.
If till now story sounds appealing then trust me its not.
Its so slow that you can catch a nap in the meanwhile with no loss of info (may be its my style of writng that makes it interesting,anyways......)
Soon he involves all the important people of his mother company into his plan and gets the new company rolling.
Then one day when everything is going smooth their boss finds about this and calls the cops on them.
They are bailed out and Ranbir signs a bond forbidding him to work in computer related job for the next 3yrs.
Ranbir being a cow and a caring person(about his coworkers) gladly signs the petition and starts working as a salesman again somewhere else.
But now the mother company is not able to sell stuff as ranbir's culture is something they cant replilcate.
One fine day the boss goes to ranbir and returns him his company..
All happy. Audience furious Story over
