Love ajkal

After watching Jab We Met one really had great expectations from Imtiaz Ali.Alas in this film he lets the audience down. The first half still is watchable, where as the second half tests your patience rather than entertaining you
The first half takes you to london where saif wooes deepika in seconds(or was it microseconds).It made one feel if the picture really wanted to show something different by compromising with this part but sadly it never is able to stand tall on the expectations.

2yrs go by in 10mins and they both gracefully break up.The most expected happens as they still keep in touch with each other and in reality they both love each other,but hate to admit the same.The old and the experienced Rishi Kapoor enters and relates his old life to Saif's present.From here on the analogy begins and another bell of expectation rings which again like before is a false ring.
Interval after an hour and 5mins and you think may be the second half would give you your money's worth but 10mins into the second half and the plot is totally lost.
The audience find talking to their neighbors more interesting than the film itself.
The worst part for me in the film was long conversations between the leads which is neither humorous nor interesting and makes you reach for your mobiles to check the length of the movie left.
In both the plots(the old Rishi Kapoor's and the new Saif's)the guy gets his girl in the old and the most unimaginative ways again with no interesting scenes or dialogues on the way..
Finally the movie is over and the audience breathe a sign of relief ,and me the most.

The summary-nothing good or new about the movie except a few dance steps which looked like never seen before(even the songs were remixed).I will give the movie 1.5 stars only for the good london locations and the song steps.
advice-Dont dare watch this one.
